You Found the Back of the Card

If you’re here, it means you notice the little details and you follow your curiosity.

Good. We’re birds of a feather.

This page isn’t linked anywhere on my site. It exists for the people who take a closer look. What you’re holding and the card that came with it were made with that kind of attention in mind.

What the Card Represents

I created these cards first and foremost to enhance the jewelry and add another layer of depth to each piece.

They act as a certificate of authenticity, document the semi-precious gemstones used in the design, and give space for original artwork and writing. Sometimes that writing imagines how these characters might exist in the real world. Sometimes it’s a joke. Sometimes it’s a small piece of perspective or wisdom I’ve picked up along the way.

The card is not packaging. It’s part of the piece.

My hope is that you keep it. That it earns a place in your collection. Even better if it lives alongside the jewelry on one of my custom displays or becomes part of the shine you already have for your favorite characters.

About the Cards Themselves

The art is original, but I'm not the one making it. I collaborate with artists I meet along the way whose work inspires me and elevates what I’m building. The cards are produced in very small batches. Some designs never see more than one or two print runs.

They’re printed, cut, and finished by hand. That process takes time, and sometimes imperfections slip through. Especially in earlier cards, those marks are part of the story. Just like the jewelry, they carry evidence of a human hand and real effort.

To me, the art, the writing, the gemstone list, and even the occasional imperfection make these cards as meaningful as the jewelry itself.

A Detail Most People Never Notice

From 2023 through 2025, every card I printed carried four mantras hidden along the back border. Most people never saw them.

Those mantras helped me through periods of growth, excitement, doubt, and struggle.

On the newest version of the cards — the one you scanned to get here — I kept just one. It’s hidden along the bottom border at very low opacity. It reads:

“I choose to love and accept myself as I am in this moment.”

That’s the one I keep closest, especially when I’m being overly critical of myself or feeling low. If there’s one thing I hope you take from this page, it’s this:

You are loved fully and completely — not for what you’ve done, but for who you are.

What These Pieces Are Really About

Each piece represents a character many of us have spent hundreds of hours with across our lives.

As we grow older, it can feel like there’s less space for the things that once brought us joy and wonder. My work is meant to bridge that gap. These pieces are designed to be worn confidently at work, out at night, or at home — without feeling like you’re leaving part of yourself behind.

When you glance down at it, I want it to remind you of the good times and the versions of you that came before. Because of them, this version of you exists.

These pieces honor all of those versions.

Also, they’re beautiful — and you should feel like you just grabbed a star in Mario Kart when you put one on.

  • It's not about the money

I didn’t start this to make money. I started it to share the excitement I feel when I discover something I love — and to see that same recognition spark on someone else’s face.

  • Nothing is Forever

Nothing here is mass-produced. Even my best-selling designs usually top out around a couple hundred pieces. Designs change. Some disappear without warning. New ones show up unexpectedly.

That impermanence isn’t a tactic. It’s just honest. Life is imperfect, temporary, and surprising — and I want the work to reflect that.

  • Always Evolving

Whether you found Legendary Gemworks online or at an event, you’re part of a living, evolving thing. Not a transaction. Not a number.

My Guarantee

I know my jewelry isn’t your cheapest option. I also understand what these pieces represent to the people who wear them.

Despite our best efforts, wear is inevitable. Elastic stretches. Metal tarnishes. Beads show their age over time. That’s simply part of wearing something made to be lived in.

I stand behind my work for its lifetime. As long as you want to keep wearing it, I want it looking and feeling its best. I approach repairs and refreshes with the same care and respect as the original piece.

Support and care aren’t free services, but they are always fair. My goal isn’t to turn repairs into a revenue stream — it’s to take care of you, because your support allows me to keep doing this work.

If something isn’t looking right, whether it’s been three months or three years, reach out. You can DM me, email me, or bring the piece to my booth at an event. If I have the original materials, I’ll do my best to restore it. If not, we’ll find a way to refresh it and let it evolve into something new.

You can always start by emailing

support@legendarygemworks.com.

You’ll be treated with respect, care, and honesty.

One Last Thing

Some designs never return. Some only appear online. Others only exist in person. Surprises happen if you’re paying attention.

For now, enjoy the piece you have. It was made with intention — and so was this page.
