1. What happens if my bracelet breaks?
I guarantee all of my bracelets arrive without defects. However, if something unfortunate happens and your bracelet breaks, don’t worry! Simply scoop up all the beads, place them in a bag, and send me a photo to support@legendarygemworks.com. I can perform a mail-in repair for $20. If you don’t have any of the beads from the broken bracelet, email me to explain what happened, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
2. How do I know my wrist size?
To ensure the perfect fit, make sure to watch my wrist sizing video, which can be found at the bottom of the home page. This video will guide you through the process of measuring your wrist accurately.
3. Do you take commissions?
Yes, commissions are some of my most favorite projects! If you’re interested in a custom design, please click on the Commission Request tab to learn more about the process and how we can work together to create something special.
4. What if I bought the wrong size?
I accept exchanges for the same product but in a different size within 14 days of delivery. The cost for an exchange is $10. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to support@legendarygemworks.com with your order number and the size you need.
5. Can I customize my bracelet?
Absolutely! I offer customization options, including adding Pokéball, Greatball, Ultraball, and Masterball charms to any design for an additional $10. If you’re looking for something else, please reach out to me at support@legendarygemworks.com before placing your order, and we can discuss your vision and pricing.
