Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Some items may need to be produced or adjusted before shipment, which can add 1–3 business days to the processing time.

Pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to produce and ship. Any extended production timeline will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier and do not include processing or production time.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Estimated transit times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

International delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or other carrier delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.

Legendary Gemworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages held because required import fees have not been paid.
